Are you struggling with self-love, self-care, low self-esteem, or loneliness? If so, participating in this 28 Day journey on different ways on how to love yourself would be a great tool to use as a starting point to help meet your needs. Practicing self-love can be very challenging for many of us and because of this it's important before beginning to commit yourself and setting an end goal. It's also important to remember during this process you learn to let go of things that are out of your control and the things holding you back.
During this 28 Day journey, focus on you and what you're most grateful for. Self-love doesn't have to be complicated but doesn't mean it's easy. Self-love is a process and journey that is worth taking. You deserve to show yourself kindness!
